Training Manager, Surgical Product Education (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
Manage the planning and implementation of training activities related to surgical procedures, complex clinical concepts, anatomy, radiology, products, and competitive products connected to hearing implants
Collaborate with the team and different key stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities, and ensure that training objectives are appropriately set and successfully delivered according to customer expectations
Coordinate and support Temporal Bone Lab (TBL) courses with surgical training tools and kits as required by the organizers
Maintain documentation, reports and presentations related to the surgical products, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory and company guidelines
Assess training needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in surgical education and competency development
Your Profile
Masters' degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Audiology or a scientific discipline (e.g. Medicine, Biomedical Engineering)
Relevant clinical experience, and motivated to stay abreast of the current developments and passionate to educate other professionals
Proven ability to communicate complex surgical and clinical concepts in an effective and understandable way
Excellent presentation skills and excellent command of English language are required. Fluency in other languages (e.g. German, Spanish, French .. ) is a plus
Strong planning, organization, and time management skills

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 45,068.38.
