Job Description:

This position is for a concierge program (Caregiving inside of our partnered Senior Living Facilities) - Must be able to work 12 hour shifts

Be the Care Hero: Always treat clients, their families, and Endeavor staff with dignity, kindness, and respect. Be professional, prompt and on time to all scheduled shifts.

Assists clients with activities of daily living, which may include but is not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, according to the individual care plan.

Allow and encourage clients to do as much of their own care as possible.

Encourage clients to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting

Maintain clients records during each shift in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the clients

Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record

1 year of Professional or Personal Caregiving Experience

Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screening

Available to work at a moments notice

Preferred Requirements:

CNA, Certified Caregiver License, HHA

CPR & First Aid certification

Negative TB skin test/Chest X-ray

AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
