Job Overview:

We are looking for a Driver Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified drivers to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driver recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events, to source potential candidates.

Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions.

Conduct background checks, verify employment history, and check driving records of potential hires to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring statistics.

Build and maintain relationships with driver training schools, industry organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the candidate pool.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices related to driver recruitment, incorporating relevant insights into our recruitment strategies.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant conversion rates, and retention rates.

Has prior experience in a company that offers shared Mobility Services.
