Plans and develops procedures for administering a large or complex department or program.
Manages fiscal activities, including procurement and budget analysis.

Prepares abstracts, research reports, funding proposals, operations and procedure manuals, and other written material and documentation.
Creates and reviews reports of expenditures and activities.

The Program Manager for the Executive Doctorate in Business Administration program at the C. T. Bauer College of Business is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the administration of the program, particularly the recruiting and admissions processes.
Tasks/Responsibilities: Job duties will include communicating between program participants and managerial staff, creating and updating program schedules, and assisting in the planning and managing program events.
Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and compiling all DBA prospective student data in SalesForce and email
Assist with recruitment and admissions processes, including with meeting virtually, in person, or via phone with potential students and applicants
Assist with assessment efforts to include learning outcomes, evaluation and assessment of programs, services, facilities, and benchmark studies.
Work with the Bauer communications department on media campaigns targeting potential DBA students
Assist with bookings and contracts for all DBA events
Goods/service procurement, expense reimbursement, event planning/execution, travel arrangements
Assist with amending DBA materials, including the handbook, calendar, etc.
Collect and analyze data on prospective, admitted, and denied students
Available on evenings and weekends during the spring and fall semesters to assist with virtual classes and on-campus residencies
Responsible for email communication to students and faculty for informational sessions, orientations, and social events
Assists with budget planning, analysis, and reporting for the DBA program
