JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Champion Brands family as Order Selectors. As a selector, your main task will involve efficiently stacking beverage cases onto pallets, similar to a strategic game like Tetris. If you're considering a career as an Order Selector, having an appreciation for cardiovascular exercise, commonly known as cardio, could prove valuable. Order selecting involves daily physical activity, and if you're looking to maximize your fitness routine, we provide free access to a 24-hour state-of-the-art gym and locker room with private showers on campus.

Champion Brands is currently offering a full-time selecting position from Monday to Friday, starting at 2 pm each afternoon and continuing until 100% of order fulfillment is achieved. northeast Florida's preferred and fastest-growing beverage distributor. Job Type: Full Time

Shift: Monday through Friday

Work Hours: 2 pm – until 100% (Overtime Eligible)

Base Pay: $18.00/hr, with additional Pay for Performance

You can potentially earn up to $32/hr with our Pay for Performance plan.

Our average Selector currently earns $28/hr (12-week average August 2023 - October 2023)

Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements: The role involves repetitively lifting and placing cases of products weighing between 20 to 45 lbs., so physical capability is necessary.

Warehouse Experience: While six months of warehouse experience is helpful, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds and will provide training to suitable candidates.

Equipment Operation: Previous experience with a pallet jack is a valuable asset, and the ability to operate assigned equipment safely and courteously is mandatory.

Equipment Care: Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to take ownership and responsibly care for all equipment provided by the company.

Math Skills: Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, are essential for this role.

Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using electronic communication devices and following task assignments displayed on screens is necessary.

Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.

Background Check and Drug Test: Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process.

Transportation: Reliable transportation is highly preferred, as finding UBER/LYFT rides at the end of your shift can be challenging.
