POSITION OVERVIEW

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate, brainstorm, strategize and develop graphic designs suitable for the various Orlando Squeeze social media platforms, Twitter (X), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Additional design work on website, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, various marketing materials and all other duties as assigned for both Orlando Squeeze and an additional company as assigned.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, fan engagement.

Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice.

Update and maintain internal database for designs, photography, and video. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced sports environment.

Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.

Deep knowledge of social media trends, and engagement strategy.

Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe Suite and Video Software.

Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.

Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.

Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.

Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

A high level of competency working in Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

Ability to interpret and contribute to high-level strategy.

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to handle a fast-paced sports environment, due dates and changing priorities.

Photography, Video, Illustration, Motion experience is a plus.

Proficiency in using major organizational tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to initiate, prioritize, follow through, and work independently.

Capacity to receive constructive criticism and utilize it for personal and professional growth.

Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and deliver exceptional work.

Willingness and availability to travel as directed, including to the team’s events.
