Job Title: Butcher

Location: Keston, Kent

Full-Time (Mon - Fri + occasional weekends)

```Duties

- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer specifications

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of meat products

- Operate and maintain butchering equipment and tools

- Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and freshness

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Assist with the preparation of specialty cuts, such as steaks and roasts

- Package, weigh, and label meat products for display or storage

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations

```Requirements

- Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of different cuts of meat

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
