We are looking to hire a "Finance Manager" for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
Qualified in either CA/ACCA/CIMA/CMA with a Minimum 2 years Post
qualification experience or Bachler Degree in commerce / Finance &
Accounting with minimum of 4 years experience in similar capacity.
Minimum 8-15 years of relevant work in experience in Accounting & Operational finance
Preferred Inter personal skills - Financial acumen, Communication, Negotiations, Presentations, Fast learner, Team Player.
Responsibilities:
Overlooking and coordinating the efficient functioning of the day to day
finance activities
Oversee the annual audit process for the all the investment entities under office cooperate purview.
Manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow in order to forecast cash
requirements and optimize the level of investment
Liaise with shared services to ensure the collections are made on time and invoices are recorded on timely manner
Ensure asset verifications are carried out on timely manner
Ensure good governance and adherence to internal to control systems and developing them to maintain effective controls throughout the overall business processes
IT literacy in MS-Office packages with competency in Microsoft excel
Sound knowledge in Tally or ERP
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Leadership with interpersonal skills for effective management of working capital and wealth maximization of stakeholders.
Understanding of financial instruments/transactions and liaise with
banks/financial institutions and other statutory bodies.
