Warehouse- Pick / Pack Operator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Packer. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the packaging process. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

Pack and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.

Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and ensure accurate packaging.

Operate order picker, forklift, and other heavy equipment as needed.

Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role preferred.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Ability to operate order picker, forklift, and other heavy equipment safely.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging.

Excellent organizational skills for efficient materials handling.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
