We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our sites and field service operations in the Nordics region.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Lead HSE initiatives across sites and field service operations in the Nordics, ensuring compliance with regulations.

+ Deliver and manage HSE training programs for employees.

+ Maintain legal registers for operations in the Nordics.

+ Conduct field visits within the Nordics region and Mainland Europe to assess HSE practices, up to 30% of the time.

+ Manage the chemical management system and environmental requirements.

+ Support risk assessment development for the region.

+ Participate in HSE projects and initiatives across the wider CNE region.

+ Assist in incident investigations and support Operations team with HSE assessments.

+ Maintain and coordinate the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS).

+ Create and deliver KPI reports and presentations for the Nordics operations team.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**

+ Fluent in Swedish and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.

+ Local HSE certificate required (requirement to be determined prior to posting).

+ Knowledge and experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and HSE regulatory framework.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

+ Experience working with multiple sites and field service operations is desired, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration skills.
