• Bagni di Pisa Palace Thermal & Spa, Tuscany - 61 rooms, historic spa with natural warm waters and first-rate facilities; member of the Leading Hotels of the World.

• Le Massif Hotel & Lodge, Valle D’Aosta - 80 rooms, ski resort with a distinct chalet atmosphere in its design, affiliated with The Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel features also La Lodge at the top of the mountain with restaurant and bar along with Kids Club.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Listed below are the minimum mandatory requirements for candidates for this role.

Ø A minimum of 1-2 years in a revenue management and/or analytical role.

Ø Preferred:

o Experience in an international hotel chain or hotel group.

o Experience in a Marriott or Hilton hotel

o Experience in a luxury hotel affiliated with LHW

Ø Operation knowledge of the following systems:

o OnQ PMS, Opera PMS, Protel PMS, CRS/CRO Software

Ø Excellent skills in Excel and high-level presentation skills via PowerPoint or other tools.

Ø Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken)

Ø Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Ø Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa.

PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Listed below are preferred skills and knowledge for this role which will be considered as an advantage.

Ø Previous experience in hotel operations (Front Office, Reservations, other)

Ø Operational knowledge of RMS: Duetto, Ideas, other

Ø Expertise of OTA’s – Extranet, functionality, etc.

Ø Knowledge of Rate Shopping software

OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE

The Revenue & Distribution Analyst (RDA) will work with the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution and the revenue team to coordinate all revenue strategies across all of the IHC hotels. He/She works closely with the digital marketing and sales teams as well as the operations teams in each hotel.

He/She reports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution.

Office Location: Milano

Travel: occasional a required

SCOPE OF THIS ROLE

Ø Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures.

Ø Ensure that sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and reporting.

Ø Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks.

Ø Competitive and Demand Analysis: ensures rate shopping data is consistent, appropriate and effectively analysed

Ø Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Ø Optimize distribution partnerships.

Ø Ensures occupancy and inventory are optimized within hotels.

Ø Provides critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors.

Ø Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at IHC hotels.

Ø Promote a revenue management culture.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ø Execute revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and day to day yield operations.

Ø Elaborate daily KPI analyses via Excel, BI Tools, other analytic software

Ø Apply daily rate and inventory updates

Ø Periodic Rate loading within PMS, CRS, GDS

Ø Ensure all related systems are configured correctly

Ø Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.

Ø Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.

Ø Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.

Ø Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).

Ø Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, groups, etc).

Ø Support the annual revenue budget process.

Ø Any other reasonable requests made by management.
