Job Description

Salary:

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR CUSTOMS BROKER ENTRY WRITER.

WE ARE A CUSTOMS BROKERAGE COMPANY SEEKING AN INDIVIDUAL WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS INDUSTRY.

Responsibilities:

* Receiving and validating import documentation

* Preparation of documents by classifying in accordance with CBP and other governments regulation

* Data input in the ACE system to transmit information to US CBP for requesting the release of import cargo

* Understand CBP and other government agencies regulation and data input

* Arranging inland delivery of the cargo to the final delivery destination

Required Qualifications:

* Fully fluent in English (Bilingual in Korean preferred)

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs ( Excel & Word )

Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills with strong customer service.

* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

* Comfortable with networking and expanding customer base

* Great problem-solving skills and adaptability

* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment under pressure

* Has Bachelor’s degree
