Job Description

Position Title: Production Technician

Work Location: Voorhees, NJ area

Work environment: Private Office Building

Who does this position report to? Production Supervisor

Summary: Our client is currently looking for a Production Technician to expand the team for our internal product production department. The Production Technician works a member of the production team to ensure that their products are built, tested to meet, or exceed, the ISO9001:2015 quality standards. The selected candidate will work on leading edge electronic communication systems in product assembly, product RMA support and many other aspects of making sure product flows out to our customers in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

Follow work instructions in order to meet tight production schedules with accuracy

Understand internal electronic assembly process and become proficient

Incoming package inspection to perform physical and visual inspection

Review and ensure product information matches documentation

Communicate with the customer support and sales teams

Prioritize tasks based on urgency

Handle International and Domestic shipping as required

Organize and maintain cleanliness of workstation

Maintain and organize daily reports and documents

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of MRP/ERP Systems experience required

Minimum 1 year of Electronic assembly experience preferred

Minimum 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience preferred

19” Rack assembly experience a plus

Self-starter with ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams is required

Education:

2 Year Associate Degree in Engineering, Pre-Engineering or similar STEM field

Will consider Technical School Grad with GPA > 3.0
