As a corporate sales & account executive you will be required to scout, develop, manage and grow corporate accounts, manage and close corporate sales deals, help us defining and executing our corporate sales acquisition strategy, identify key corporate sales channels, establish pivotal business partnerships so as identify key corporate and customer needs.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

Respond to incoming corporate sales inquiries from corporate accounts and key corporate partners in a timely manner and close sales deals;

Manage a sales pipeline and close new corporate accounts through proactive outreach to prospective clients utilizing a combination of linkedin, email campaigns, networking, and market research;

Communicate value propositions to corporate clients, attending their needs and requirements, and attend specific corporate / corporate housing / global mobility events to promote Tabas brand

Cultivate business relationships with key corporate decision-makers (i.e. HR, Procurement, Travel Managers, Global Mobility, Office Managers)

Build and strengthen relationships with existing real estate agencies, enterprise clients and corporate housing partners

Maintain an active line of communication with other internal teams at Tabas. Identify key customer needs and work closely with CX and Quality Control team to implement them;

Proactively manage the daily pipeline in our CRM;

Flexibility to work in weekend shifts and to prospect specific apartments to key corporate clients;

Be entrepreneurial, not be afraid to get your hands dirty

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

BE PROACTIVE.

A track record in corporate sales and account management, ideally matured in the hospitality, mobility or travel sector - prop tech startups will be a plus;

Effective communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to clearly summarize Tabas’s value proposition

Account management skills and customer-centric attitude

Ability to use and understand CRM

Customer first mindset and closing mindset with a sense of urgency

Fluent / Advanced in English.

Spanish is a plus
