ELS is hiring for the position of Reservation and Check-in Specialist in Fremont, Wisconsin.

A Front Office Clerk is in the forefront of our customers. Having a positive attitude and the ability to problem-solve quickly is preferred. Day-to-day tasks will include making reservations, greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and assisting the management team with miscellaneous tasks all while creating the best experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to help in other departments as needed. Working as a team member is an important component of working at Fremont RV Campground.

Your job will include:

Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.

Make reservations for customers.

Assist other team members and departments as needed.

Process payments and deposits.

Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.

Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts, and solve problems promptly.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Keeping the office area inside and outside clean, safe, and presentable.

Attending team meetings.

Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Experience & skills you need:

One year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills. Not required, but helpful.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

A smile is a must.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
