Work in a small, dedicated team passionate about solving challenging problems and delivering results:

Collaborate with Software, Systems, Digital and RF engineers to advance overall product capabilities.

Decompose system requirements and drive key software architectural decisions.

Develop performant software and improve the existing codebase as an individual contributor.

Participate in collaborative design and code reviews.

Play an active role in the validation and verification of both design and system-level capabilities.

Help design and develop software components that advance our sensors’ ability to:

Detect and track new types of targets.

Process target data with high throughput and reliable performance.

Monitor performance and health metrics, and autonomously recover from faults.

Interact with cloud-based systems and other network components.

Work within and harden our existing software development best practices:

Document and clearly communicate designs to peers.

Test and validate designs to ensure proper and bug free operation.

Improve CM/CI capabilities and coverage.

A successful candidate may have...

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering with strong programming background

10+ years industry experience

Familiarity with Radar Systems and Signal Processing

Programming experience with

Python

C++

Comfortable working on embedded Linux Operating Systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome technical challenges.

Experience with or the drive to learn.

Analysis methods and tools including Python and MATLAB

Communications, Radar, and other Sensor Systems

The location of this position has the ability to be remote, hybrid or onsite in the Syracuse, NY office.

Salary at Hidden Level Inc. is market competitive and determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $132,000 to $164,000 annually. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Hidden Level Inc.'s total compensation package for employees.
