Role Overview:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include providing end-user support and collaborating with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

End-User Support:

Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after implementation.

Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O and address user queries promptly.

Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.

Documentation and Gap Analysis:

Create and develop design specifications, including gap/fit analysis documentation.

Document customizations, configurations, and best practices for future reference. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information systems, or equivalent.

Strong process experience and understanding of business analysis methodologies.

Professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or Teams Calls. Desired Skills:

ERP support experience

F&O certifications will beneficial
