Assistant Manager Restaurant

Job Description

We are seeking Quick Service Assistant Managers to join our team in the Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Coachella areas!

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of crew members

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in McDonald's or other quick service restaurant, or other hospitality fields required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong leadership qualities

Available to work various shifts, some holidays and weekends
