Description
Team Lead/Project Coordination experience within a Healthcare environment is preferred. This resource is needed to be independent and an extension of management. They will be the technical point of escalation for our field team and the role will be heavily technical with emphasis on implementation.
• Environment data collection and user communication
• Data entry, Floorplan editing in Visio
• Prep and build equipment, including PCs, terminals, and printers;
• Deploy equipment to designated areas within the departments;
• Install EPIC-required peripherals;
• Remove old equipment, as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.
Technicians will be deploying equipment in support of EPIC EMR Go-Live. Some departments may be as simple as monitor replacement, but some work might be more technical and technicians should be capable of that more technical work

Additional Information
Beginning phases of project will be to procure data and full inventory of environment\'s current state. This process is followed by Future State Walks to project out what will be where and how workflows will function with Epic. This will be done with Epic folks, facilities folks, SME\'s, etc.
Current & Future State Walks are followed by the hands-on deployments of the hardware. There is a script that techs will follow to ensure they are deploying . This will be fast-paced and need a lot of flexibility from the techs.
Following deployments the team shifts into the TDR phase (Technical Dress Rehearsal) of the project. This is where everything in the environment is fully tested to ensure it works properly with Epic.
Finally, Go-Live is when Epic is fully functional in the environment and our folks will be there to support end-users during Go-Live as well as for post-Go-Live support

Work Environment
Extremely fast paced. Hours may fluctuate and go past 5 pm, some weekend work, really whenever we can get into the practices and deploy the machines. Flexibility of resources is KEY.
Hours to start will be 8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday, but are subject to change throughout duration of project as needs/phases progress.
