Purpose:

As a Senior Specialist, eCommerce Merchandising you’ll work cross-functionally to implement eCommerce best practices including merchandising, promotional strategies, SEO tactics, digital content management, conversation rate optimization and more.

This position is a centralized touchpoint that connects digital initiatives between eCommerce to Marketing, Innovation, Technology, and Analytics.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work from home flexibility on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day

Execute online merchandising efforts such as product categorization, search strategies and product content

Manage all products for both web and our POS, adding new products and merchandising according to seasonality and marketing messages

Manage and launch digital content such as Homepage and category page assets

Work collaboratively with the creative services and technology teams to get the appropriate marketing messages, products, categories, and landing pages uploaded to the site, adjusting quickly for promotions

Maintain correct product assortment and adjust daily/weekly according to business needs

Monitor and conduct site audits and analysis for accuracy

Work closely with agency partners on SEO/discoverability strategies and tactics

Analyze data daily to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions/take action to improve KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer frequency

Be a category expert and "go to" person by their cross-functional partners
