We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team based in Karshi Uzbekistan.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day training requirements for the Air Products GTL workforce and long term staff. The training curriculums for the staff will be developed, prioritized and consolidated into a training plan (competencies evaluation, development) for the facility, incorporating both local face to face, external trainers, and remote training courses, as required.

You will also track training compliance and engage with the Air Products GTL teams to ensure compliance targets are achieved, as well as logging all training attendance and assessment for training verification and knowledge retention.

As the Training Coordinator, you will:

Cooperate with Site managers and functional streams where need, as well as drive/support all the training&development activities with external partners at the sites, targeted universities and students in related corporate programs.

Communicate with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.

Manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct all training programs.

Create and maintain complete training system for all AP employees, including technical competence, external obligatory trainings, medical checks etc.

Maintain updated curriculum database, develop/customize technical ladders, pipeline of experts and training records.

Lead the network of Training SME’s in each discipline

Run compliance and other reports, analytics when/if required

Liaise with other Lead Training Coordinators to help calibrate the development of the AP GTL system and any developments OUTSIDE AP GTL.

Coordinate the oral/written competency assessments for the positions as defined by the SME

Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, assessments, workshops)

Coordinate annual performance management process for Air Products GTL Team

Coordinate probationary period plans development, executions and timely evaluation

As the Training Coordinator you already are or have:

Excellent communication skills, and strong engagement with the entire team to facilitate both active engagement from the SME’s

Strong presentation skills, and project management capability

Excellent administration skills to coordinate the development plans for the 200+ staff members to ensure development targets are being achieved

Strong English and Uzbek capability, Russian will be plus

Understanding of GTL process and/or technical issues is an additional benefit

Ability and experience of working in matrix organization, multicultural environment

Ability to tolerate high workload, urgency, and different stakeholders management

Ability to keep confidential data and sensitive outcomes from the work

High mobility for intensive travels
