What we're looking for:

Experience with Teamworks, Toast, and other scheduling/operating software

Vast knowledge of and passion for food and beverage

Experience in Coaching/Mentoring staff and leading teams

Career driven, with ambitions to grow within the company

Ability to write schedules while meeting budgeting objectives

Understanding of multiple departments in the FOH

Management of beverage program; including costing, ordering, and inventory

Identify and report up to the executive team areas of opportunity/improvement regarding marketing, sales, COGs, and operational efficiencies

Enjoy collaboration with the management team to improve systems and solve problems

Leadership is a must and fostering a learning environment for our staff is essential to our concept. We truly believe in cultivating and developing our restaurant management team to produce great results.

Salary: $68,000/yr + DOE
