Our Investment Professional Development (IPD) team is dedicated to the growth and development of our investment analysts. The team focuses on developing investment professionals’ skills with the goal of driving superior alpha generation and enhancing team investment processes.

ABOUT THE iNVESTMENT pROFESSIONAL dEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP

This internship will offer the right candidate a valuable experience at a complex global firm. During your time with us, you will gain knowledge and exposure related to:

Project-based work in support of the firm’s Head of Investment Professional Development and LaunchPoint program

Building analytical tools to help assess portfolio construction, factor exposure and risk management

Help with data analysis of investment performance

WHAT'S REQUIRED

Expected spring/summer 2024 graduate (bachelors or masters)

Demonstrated academic success as reflected in a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2

Strong coding skills – e.g. Python or SQL

Excellent technical skills – Excel, Bloomberg, PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A detail-oriented mindset and a desire to learn

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Willingness to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times

Commitment to the highest ethical standards
