Quality Manager

We are Hiring Quality Manager for Textile Industry!

Responsibilities:

Ensure the sample received from customer along with Test request form / covering letter & Registered on time in the LIMS.

Ensure to get the clarification from the customer with the regular follow-up.

Arrange to Inform the customers about if any delay and/or deviation in the testing work

Ensure to verify the sample allocation done for the testing on time.

Arrange to obtain the feedback periodically from the customer.

Prepare the customer feedback analysis periodically, if any deviations found initiate the corrective action.

Verify the maintained stock materials (chemicals, consumables, Glassware & media etc.) & records periodically.

Arrange to update the physical stock & verify the GRN entry in the inventory software.

Arrange to purchase consumables, consumables, Glassware & media using minimum stock level in the software / on obtaining the request from the technical staff.

Ensure to verify all the quality management system documents & records updated periodically.

Ensure all test specimen and test reports are preserved for a specific period.

Verify all the remnant samples & records are stored systematically.

Ensure the usage of all the documents & records in the laboratory with the updated controlled number.

Ensure the maintenance of the required environmental conditions and good housekeeping in the laboratory.

Render assistance in imparting training to the new staff under the direction of the lab Manager

Ensure to initiate the timely investigation on test failures / Complaint reported from customer end.

Arrange for the timely completion of corrective / Preventive action related to audit findings in the all the sections of the laboratory.

Training and monitoring of the laboratory team.

Ensure the laboratory area clean and organized.

Follow & maintain the Good laboratory practices.

Follow all health and safety requirements of the Laboratory and wear appropriate PPEs while doing the tests.

Have the responsibility to take a manager role in case of absence of a lab manager.

Have discussion / meetings regularly to update the quality management system requirement/Sharing the knowledge.

Review & authorize the completed test report & ensure the timely delivery of test report to customer. If needed arrange for the witnessing the test.

Ensure to release the accurate & reliable test report to the customer.

Support to minimize the costing in all aspects.

Requirements

Location: Tiruppur

Experience: 5 years of working experience as a Quality Manager/Quality Executive in an NABL accredited lab (along with participation in a 4-day training in ISO/IEC 17025) with a proven track record.

Educational qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech in Textile/M.Sc in Physics or Chemistry
