We are seeking candidates for Assembler positions on a flexible full or part time day shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire roles is $17.00+ per hour, depending on skills and experience. What you’ll do as an Assembler:

Assemble wiring in a manufacturing production environment

Cut electrical wires according to work order specifications

Install product coverings

Test harnesses to ensure quality product with full working ability

Collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization and across global, cross-functional teams as needed to support the full production team

What you need to become an Assembler:

Relevant work experience within manufacturing, production/assembly preferred, but not required

Effective communication skills and positive attitude

Attention to detail

Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity, color vision, and measuring skills

Proven proficiency and skill in operating a variety of equipment for use of basic hand tools, tape measures, blueprints, schematics, etc.

Basic computer skills preferred
