A leading provider of intraoperative monitoring (IONM), is looking for an account manager. You will have the opportunity to personally interact with physicians, hospital administrators, OR staff, case managers and other clinical personnel to strengthen business relationships and ensure total client satisfaction with services. The Accounts Manager will work closely with the Development team and be responsible for contributing to the Company's strategic objectives for growth, increased revenue, market leadership and quality customer service.Qualifications & Responsibilties:*Frequent communication with current facility and surgeon clientele via personal visits, e-mail and messaging.*Arrange client events and meetings.*Obtain client feedback and promptly communicate information to management.*Act as a first point of contact for clients and quickly resolve issues and problems that may arise.*A customer first approach and innate sense of urgency to respond to client calls as well as inquiries from prospects.*An exceptional networker with the ability to build strong rapport and mutually beneficial relationships*Strong ability to find solutions to sales challenges.*A collaborative nature with the ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the Company’s vision.*Market knowledge and awareness of procedures and competitive information in the marketplace.*Educate prospective partners on the value and benefits of the Company’s services and partnership for their business growth. *Employ lead acquisition techniques including email, cold calling, warm calling, networking, referrals, trade shows and public relations.*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, seeking guidance when necessary*Maintain accurate records on current accounts and prospective opportunities.*Excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with hospital and physician clientele.*Attend trade shows and conferences as decided. Education and Experience:*Minimum 5-7 years of proven, successful experience in account management, client relations, client retention, business development or sales. *Previous career in healthcare- spine, neurology related medical field, OR, surgery centers, medical hardware or, previous career as a surgical neurophysiologist a plus *Bachelor’s degree (graduate studies a plus) *Accustomed to addressing groups of up to 10 people *Accustomed to working both in-office with daily and overnight travel as required
