Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Credit Union)

Location: Washington DC

Must: have 1 year of credit union or banking experience

Salary: $19-$20/hr.Major Duties:

Provides member services as opening new accounts, transfer funds, wire transfers, order checks, corrections, etc.

Cross-sells CU products and services and handles tickets and chats.

Responds to questions and/or provides information upon request from members (internal and external).

Processes requests/transactions, as appropriate.

Assists members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software.

Must be able to pass background, drug, and credit checks.
