New job opportunity out of Reston, VA. Looking to hire someone who has at least one year of related professional experience (preferably work for a Credit Union or Bank). Looking for customer service/call center type experience
Need 1+ year of experience at a Credit Union or Bank
Logistics of the Role:
Full Time - Direct Hire - Our client is looking to pay around 20/hr. Flexible
On SiteDay to Day Activities:
Communicate with opposing parties to negotiate settlement terms and amounts for accounts.
Communicate offers with clients, vendors, opposing parties.
Communicate with clients and vendors to determine client's budget to settle an account.
Keep case management system up to date with notes and progress.
Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys while working on settling a case.
Correspond with client vendors to ensure creditor payments are sent in a timely manner.
Follow up with clients and vendors for payment of filing fees and legal costs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1+ year of experience at a Credit Union or Bank
High School Diploma
Must be okay with being subject to drug and background check
Extremely well organized and ability to multi-task/follow-up
Able to take criticism well
Experience with Microsoft Suite / Spreadsheets
