Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team!

At Brothers Integrated Technologies we install building technology: audio-video, security, fire alarm and networking! Our technicians perform installations inside educational facilities, corporate settings and on new construction.

A day in the life as an Office Manager:

Ensuring our business runs smoothly

Holding team members accountable to complete tasks

Review and analyze job costing spreadsheets

Prepare customer invoices

Provide direction to the Bookkeeper

Office management: Set and hold meetings

Keep office documentation up to date

Collect customer invoices

Requirements to join our team:

Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a managerial administrative role

Excellent computer skills

Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Drive

Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor

Ideal candidate:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Pays attention to detail

Works well as part of a team

Experience with Zoho and Gusto preferred

The Office Manager position is a full-time, benefit eligible position with a schedule Monday through Friday in our Vandalia office.
