New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of McLean, VA. Looking to hire an experienced technical Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in recruiting

The ideal candidate will have done some sourcing/jr recruiting for SalesForce positions.

experience recruiting Devops, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineer is a big plus.

Logistics of the Role:

Temp to Hire - Pay rate 35/hr - 40/hr

Hybrid Remote - on site 2-3 days a week Day to Day Activities:

Work with key accounts to provide hiring solutions, identify new resources and ensure satisfaction on current and new opportunities.

Work with existing employees to staff in new positions at contract end or for promotions.

Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned customers and maintain positive ongoing relationships.

Recruit new employees to achieve company hiring goals and to fulfill contractual hiring obligations.

Work with company leadership to support you in growing your skill set from staff placement on contracts and recruiting perspective.

Provide full lifecycle recruiting in support of the federal government contracts including the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection/submittal of candidates.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

1-4 years of proven success in recruiting and customer management.

Experience recruiting in a government contract space for cleared positions

Experience recruiting a wide range of technical positions including Developers, Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers.
