Job Description

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour (DOE)

Role & Responsibilities:

Ensure all customer KPI’s are met daily

Load planning/building loads, communicating heavily with team members for consolidation opportunities

Build & maintain relationships with Carriers

Negotiate & book trucks in the most cost-effective ways while following customer requirements and insuring on time delivery

Create BOL’s/Delivery Orders in a timely manner, making sure Customs Clearances are in hand before releasing goods

Data Entry, enter milestones into Morrison system in a timely manner

Answer emails in a timely & professional manner

Track and trace orders and enter & upload POD information into the system once delivered

Approve invoices

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1-3 years in a dispatch or truck brokerage environment negotiating rates and booking Dry Vans, Straight Trucks and Sprinter/Cargo Vans with carriers.

Good knowledge of Excel

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment with a Good Can-Do Attitude

Good Time Management with attention to detail

Looking for a detail-oriented individual with the ability to maintain a good positive attitude towards employees, customers, and carriers with the willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Candidate must be able to work rotating Sundays.
