Project Engineer

Core Design Builders is seeking a Project Engineer to support our company's commitment to delivering quality projects to our clients.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar/).

Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.

Required skill (s): MS Office, AutoCAD.

At least 3 years (s) experience in Engineering - Civil /Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Full-Time position available.

With experience in project management; Project Management certification preferred.

Can work with minimal supervision.

Knowledgeable in project cost estimation, for both architectural and civil works.

Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends or holidays when required.

With excellent interpersonal skills, a team player.

Residing in nearby areas, ie. Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque or Makati only, or willing to rent a place within said areas.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervision of structural and finishing work.

Assessment of subcontractor weekly billings.

Submission of daily and weekly progress reports.

Cost estimation.

Shop drawings.

Project schedule creation and implementation.
