Sterling office location for clinical and paperwork, but most of the work is at a patient’s home all within Loudoun and Fairfax Counties.

M-F, 40 work week, flexible hours.

This new and growing home healthcare agency that is Medicare approved with a full-time billing specialist and pharmacist seeks a Field Nursing - Clinical Supervisor. You will be the first person to visit a patient, and assess their needs, and coordinate care with the physician.

Please have a solid understanding of all local, state, and federal regulations and intermediary guidelines. You will maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and rules at the organization.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for evaluating patient services, patient progress, plans of care, and will communicate, coordinate, and manage the daily clinical needs with the care team and physician. You will supervise the PT, OT, and in future LPN, CNA. You will manage the clinical site under administrative supervision. You will perform patient visits and review, communicate, and implement all verbal and written physician orders to nursing and care teams for patient treatment plans. Create and participate in meetings to discuss and evaluate the patient’s condition, treatment plans, progress, and goals with interdisciplinary teams and maintain and update all documents to a patient’s file. You will be in charge of ordering all PPE, medical and other supplies.

You must be a Virginia licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and a current CPR certification. Home healthcare, assisted living, clinic, and/or medical center experience is a huge plus. OASIS – ICD 10 knowledge is also a plus. Please have reliable transportation, and you will receive mileage reimbursement.

Salary up to $70,000, flex-time, 40-hour workweek, M-F, and medical benefits stipend with free Dental and Vision. Year-end profit-sharing, paid PTO and holidays. A comprehensive background check will be conducted by the firm.
