Technicians Assistant

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Arrive at designated work location in a timely manner when instructed by management or supervisor.

Assist in the morning pre-job preparation.

Assist both Vacuum Truck Operator and CCTV Operator in the setup and breakdown of each area to be cleaned and or inspected.

Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after each use.

Ensure that the vehicle is fueled for next day operation.

Measure distances between access points using a walk- wheel.

Measure pipe diameter using appropriate tools.

Maintain a clean driving record.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Work Requirements:

Verbal and written communication required to effectively communicate with management.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Must have the ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.

High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with company policy.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policy.

Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
