Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to manage the processes of acquiring and retaining new customers as well as growing the e-commerce business from a demand perspective.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Role
Develops the Business-to-Consumer marketing or demand strategy and action plans.
Oversees and manages the implementation of the marketing and demand strategies in collaboration with external service providers when required.
Conducts frequent competitor analysis to assess the organization’s position in the market.
Develops and submits reports as required, such as: promotion reports and analysis, customer satisfaction reports, customer habits reports (retention, loyalty), etc.Top of Form
E-Commerce Marketing
Oversees the processes of e-commerce promotions offline and online i.e. gets financial approvals, oversees artwork, launches the promotions and analyzes results.
Deploys marketing campaigns and owns their implementation from ideation to execution.
Oversees the offline marketing related to e-commerce in coordination with the trade marketing team.
Handles all paid media partnerships between the organization and media outlets.
Manages all events and sponsorships from initiation to execution.
Manages push notifications, email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management
Manages social media marketing by coordinating with external agencies, setting strategies that follow brand guidelines, and overseeing the execution.
Analyzes the results of social media campaigns and develops reports accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management
Oversees the customer complaints in collaboration with the customer service department.
Handles customer retention through customer activation campaigns and feedback collection to ensure customer satisfaction.
Creates and manages customer loyalty programs.

Education & Experiences
Educational Background
Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable
Years of Experience
4 - 6 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
Qualifications & Other Requirements
Excellent Command of English Language
