Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Valid state license as a Registered Nurse

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions

Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Participate in ongoing professional development and training
