The purpose of the role is to:
Support ‘Secondary transport operations’, ‘Secondary transport billing’ and sales order related work in collaboration with PEP TW MU/Plant
Provide GBS order entry and order validation services to Taiwan MU by leveraging data and technology
Collect and transfer customer order into system
Generate transport orders and billing for the transportation from TW plant to TW customers’ warehouse
Create/complete reports on TW customer orders per BU and MU requests
Responsibilities
Taiwan MU’s Customer order management
Collect customer order from different channels in different format (excel, PDF, email etc.)
Check order correctness for any obvious errors and correct the order information
Input orders into SAP with the correct order information
Check stock on hand and allocate the available stock to customer orders
Feedback any unfilled orders to sales or customers directly
Secondary transport operations and billing
Manually generate transport orders in excel and sent to warehouse and 3PL for transport operations
Develop new process / new tools by working with MU team to improve the efficiency
Generate transport billing report to finance
Other tasks
Generate customer service KPI report on order correctness, return rate etc. per TW MU request
Identify and execute any improvement opportunities on reporting
Qualifications
Degree qualified, with minimum 1 year experience working with customer service, order management, transportation management, data Analytics and Reporting (cloud-based desirable), related experience.
Experience in FMCG industry desired.
SAP operations experience desired;
Good skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms in Microsoft Office, and PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau desired.
