Position Summary:

Colourific Coatings Ltd. currently has an exciting opportunity for an individual who has project management skills in the manufacturing industry & experience to support our growing Sales team. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Vice President, Sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding and overseeing clients’ project requests, in coordination with the Sales team gather all required information, defined objectives, deliverables, and delivery dates. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered according to customer specifications on time.

Job Specific Responsibilities & Duties:

The responsibilities and accountabilities of the Project Coordinator includes but are not limited to the following:

Build relationships within the company and with external parties including customers and suppliers.

Lead the planning and implementation of each client project order.

Work with the sales team to onboard new customers

Ensure all quotes and client profiles are inserted into ERP system.

Coordinate with the Sales & Admin teams to define project tasks and resource requirements.

Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.

Tactical, daily project-level management to include but not limited to; purchase order entry, account data management, product information and support, credit application forms, responding to sample requests, powder enquiries, etc.

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve favorable project outcomes while ensuring change requests are tracked and communicated.

Coordination of internal resources to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Ensure integrity and consistency of all projects data into the CRM and ERP systems, which in turn feeds company’s KPI’s.

Adopt a 'kaizen' (continuous improvement) mindset towards sales processes with a goal of identifying efficiencies as well as improving the customer experience.

Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality standard, and in accordance with customer specifications.

Attend sales meetings and act as a liaison between the production floor and our clients.

Maintaining contact with clients, providing ongoing support, and troubleshooting any problems related to their orders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Change Management, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years related experience in a project management role or similar role, in a manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Proven experience with processes and procedures involved in developing and maintaining relationships with clients & vendors.

Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills: ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

High computer proficiency.
