Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (opportunities to advance) to join our
ecommerce team! You will be responsible for helping customers (mostly online) by providing
product and service information and resolving technical issues. We work as a team and help each
other get the job done. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Process orders, update inventory and work with warehouse team for order process
Use the Internet to research solutions and information to resolve issues and requests
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Answer customer inquiries relating to product, existing online orders and warranty
services
Initiate and implement corrective actions as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in team environment
Positive attitude
Highly reliable
Personal drive to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly Desired:

Internet savvy
Warehouse experience
