Job Description
A Van Nuys flooring Company is seeking a highly motivated office administrator.
Responsibilities:
Placing calls to contractors
Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
8 am to 5 pm daily schedule M-F
Making appointments and meetings
Preparing reports for the project manager
Collecting and analyzing project data
Providing daily support to the project team as directed by management.
Assisting project managers with budgeting
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Previous experience in office administration is a must. Must have strong teamwork skills that will help coordinate projects, have a good flow of written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and detail oriented is a must. Construction knowledge will be helpful, but not necessary. Please let us know your pay expectations.Company Description
