Content Writer

Akrivia HCM is seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about producing high-quality content that engages our target audience, drives traffic, and supports our marketing and branding efforts.

We are looking out for Content Writers to create Global Payroll related content.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.

Portfolio of published articles.

Experience doing research using multiple sources.

Familiarity with web publications.

Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems preferred

Ability to meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities:

Research and understand payroll compliance regulations and requirements for both Indian and international markets.

Produce high-quality written content including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, guides, case studies, and reports on payroll compliances tailored for different audiences.

Develop comprehensive and accurate content that educates readers on the intricacies of payroll compliance, covering topics such as tax regulations, labor laws, statutory deductions, employee benefits, and reporting requirements.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Stay updated on changes and updates in payroll laws and regulations in India and key international markets to ensure content reflects the latest developments.

Conduct thorough research using a variety of sources including government publications, industry reports, legal documents, and reputable websites to gather information for content creation.

Interpret complex legal and technical information related to payroll compliance and present it in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Tailor content to meet the specific needs and preferences of different target audiences, including HR professionals, business owners, finance managers, and legal advisors.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and promotional plans for payroll compliance content.
