About the Job – We are hiring for Computer Telephony Integration Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience.

Job Title – Technical Specialist

Job Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Noida

Key Responsibilities

Should possess knowledge of IVR and Avaya PBX.

Integration with Cisco CTI Server, ICM, Noble Dialers and Verint Recording.

Knowledge of Core JAVA and Applet is a must.

Experience in Call Center related application development.

Understand business requirements.

Develop Technical Specification / Design

Coding and Unit Testing

System Testing support

UAT Support

Resolve production issues during new release deployments.

Own the support work for releases / projects.

Candidate should have good communication skills and troubleshooting skills.

Tech Stack Required

CTI Integration Experience with cisco CTI Server, ICM, Noble Dialers.

Should have knowledge on core java and applet.
