Deputy/Head Mehcanical

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, co-ordinate & execute erection, and commissioning activities complying safety, quality and project schedule. Review engineering & execution drawing; approve budgets and drawings; highlight gaps & ensure timely completion. Contractual delivery of mechanical jobs with high focus on quality & safety. Manage resource and manpower at site for job completion. Periodic progress reviews, highlighting delays & deviation, catch-up plan, resource, and manpower requirements. Plan budget & control fund flow vis-a-vis progress. Lead the team, provide training as required and develop them.

Successful Candidate:

10+ years relevant work experience BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

MBA or a Project Management Professional certification (preferred)

Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering & construction practices followed in the industry

Knowledge & exposure to project planning & tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, Auto-CAD, documentation management
