Role: Senior Embedded Architect/Technical Director

Main objectives of the Architect Role

Delivery of working software according to specifications

Providing clarity on progress of development work

Assisting team members by sharing knowledge and coaching

Suggest process improvements with regards to team collaboration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar

10+ years of development experience with Embedded c S/w development

Experiencing in setting up end to end solutions.

Experience in drafting solution architecture

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience & Expertise:

Embedded C system development tool chain

Strong knowledge on microprocessor/microcontroller architecture

Familiarity with peripheral interfaces & common bus protocols (I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, UART, PWM, ADC, etc.).

Familiarity with Real Time Operating System (RTOS)

Source code version control (GIT/SVN)

Experience on Agile development methodologies

Development and improvement of software architectures, including definition of requirements and documentation, team management, stakeholder management etc.

Experience on Firmware Development

Experience/understanding in Battery Management System as well.

Development of high-quality firmware for inductive power transmission systems

Controller implementation for power electronics systems (current, voltage, power etc.)

Development of boot loaders and software update solutions

Clear communicative in English language (oral + written) + ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non – technical audiences

Very strong in project management (+ MS Project)
