The Marketing Lead (B2C) Contracted Retail Europe East is fully responsible for the franchisee satisfaction/retention and sell-out share. This position has direct impact on sell-in, sell out, SOB and loyalty in all countries in the EE Cluster, a challenging environment:
different businesses and cultural conditions
12 countries, 12 languages, 12 different cultural conditions that influence business development including sensitive cooperation among Adria countries
3 non-EU countries (Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia) and 3 non-Schengen countries (Bulgaria, Romania)
Almost 600 POS within 3 different brands: Premio, Vulco and Goodyear Certified DDP stores
Role of the function:
Design and deliver sell-out campaigns for both Consumer and Commercial PBU
Work with category management on deployment of tire and auto service campaigns
Approve the execution of dealer coop advertising activities. Ensure brand consistency
Align offline traditional media with European media head
PR and press support for franchisees in their local communities (store openings, local events, jubilees)
Manage end user events such a tuning shows, fleet events
Manage mystery shopping research
Recommend improvements for the consumer treatment process
ROI of sell-out campaigns and recommendation for improvements
Consumer database administration

Retail and/or consumer marketing experience: at least 5 years experience
