Position Charter

Provide order processing and sales/customer support to assigned customers.

Scope & Responsibilities

Full order processing from receipt of customer order to invoicing;

Monitor and work with intercompany to pull in or push out to ensure optimum stock level in local warehouse, check customer’s forecast and delivery requirements;

Manage closely 3PLs on importation, stock management and delivery arrangement to customers;

Prepare and provide full set of required documents to customers;

Sample coordination and arrangement to customers;

Handle customers’ complaint and coordinate returns, credit, replacement, etc.;

Assist to follow up with customers on payment on overdue invoice and sales support;

Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned;

Follow company procedures and policies.

Personal Attributes

Good command of English (spoken and written);

Good interpersonal and communication skills;

Independent, meticulous, organized, responsible and good team player;

Possess positive mindset, business flair, initiative and high adaptability;

Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure tasks are completed on time.Qualification

Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics management, food engineering;

Minimum 3 year experience in food ingredient sales, sales support, customer service, supply chain or logistics;

Experience in handling import of corn sweetener products, flavor or food ingredients is an advantage;

Possess good knowledge of Incoterm and shipping documents;

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
