Construction Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Estimator. This individual will be an integral part of a team.

Responsibilities

Manage the bidding process on multiple projects (depending on size).

Oversee and prepare accurate proposals and response to ITB’s.

Lead and mentor additional KADCON staff assigned to support their projects (Jr. Estimators, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor's in construction management, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating with a thorough understanding of construction documents of all trades.

Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Local market experience in subcontractors and vendors is required.

Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and other applications.
