Job Description

*Coordinates Community Healthcare Worker recruitment, training, and development.

*Supports employer engagement and CHW integration with care coordination partners.

*Responsible for the management of UniteWI data reporting and analysis.

*Serves as an advocate for CHW Workforce development throughout Wisconsin.

*Manages WI CHW network committee activities and communication.
