Job Description
We are a small personal injury law firm in downtown Indianapolis looking for a new member of our team. Our ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically:
Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls, handling email, electronic filings, faxes, mailings and deliveries, filing, scheduling appointments
Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the kitchen, conference rooms, postage area, storage closets, and common areas
Prepare and close the office for the day, such as turning on the lights in the morning, making coffee in the morning, and locking the door in the evening
Provide support to paralegals, attorneys, and other staff for the smooth operation of the office
Serve as the first point of contact for guests and vendors
Track and communicate with inquiries (potential new clients)
Qualifications:
Dependable
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communications skills including the ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients, customers and colleagues; handle calls and inquiries in a timely manner
Must be detail oriented
The position is full time and the hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5pm.
