Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1-3 years of data entry experience preferred

Proficient in numeric typing with successful completion of a typing test

Strong attention to detail

Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to conduct thorough research and make practical decisions based on findings

Responsibilities:

Support maintenance of Lockbox, ACH, and Credit Card payments

Operate and understand Accounts Receivable computer system

Analyze and resolve problems with customer accounts, communicating resolutions to customer service

Assist with overall department tasks and workflow

Research and resolve issues from field representatives

Provide support to the Supervisor and perform requested tasks

Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects

Provide support to the Cash Team Lead when needed

Comments/Special Instructions:

Candidates must submit results of a data entry/numeric typing test with their application.

This role requires in-person attendance for 40 hours per week.
